You will be extremely hands on in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging role. Your Role Will Include:

• Long days when required
• Weekend open homes and auctions: setting up flags and signs, opening and presenting properties, meeting and greeting buyers
• onstant buyer and seller follow-up: accurate record taking, follow-up calls and data entry
• Prospecting and database work
• High accountability
• Teamwork
• Direct exposure to elite-level systems, scripts, and standards
• You will be pushed — because that’s how growth happens

To be successful in this role it is essential that you:

• Possess a Queensland Office of Fair Trading Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, or are willing to take the course straight away
• Have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
• Are prepared to work on weekends
• Have legible handwriting, spelling and grammar
• Are highly motivated and have a career mindset, but no ego
• Are well organised, pay attention to detail, and present meticulously
• Living in Inner-City Brisbane, Western Suburbs or Ipswich is preferable as we work long hours; proximity to office is beneficial

** Previous experience in a similar role would put your ahead of the rest

** Knowledge of the 4069 & 4070 area would also be highly advantageous
