Deron Wang

Deron Wang joined Brisbane Real Estate in 2019 after a successful career in hospitality. With a natural flair for connecting with people and a strong work ethic, Deron began his real estate journey as part of Benjamin Smith and Kel Goesch’s team, where he spent 18 months immersed in training, learning the fundamentals, and honing his skills. 

In 2021, Deron stepped out on his own, choosing Kenmore as his core area and setting an ambitious goal: to become the number one agent in Kenmore within three years. If you ask him, he’ll humbly joke that his real goal at the time was simply to “survive.” But Deron has done far more than survive—he has thrived. 

In just three years, Deron has firmly established himself as Kenmore’s number one agent across all categories, earning recognition in one of Brisbane’s most competitive markets. His success is a testament to his humility, hard work, and unwavering dedication to his craft. 

Beyond his personal achievements, Deron has excelled as a leader. In 2024, he grew his total volume of sales from 36 transactions to over 60, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects his ability to navigate the complexities of growth while maintaining exceptional service. Deron’s professional management of his expanding team has set the stage for an even more successful 2025.
