Selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially when there seems to be so much to do before going to market. From the very beginning, JoJo set out a clear timeline. I have to admit, at first I wondered whether it was achievable and whether we had enough time, but it was exactly what we needed to get things moving. JoJo and Nathan provided trusted contacts for everything we needed, including painters, pressure cleaners, rubbish removal, gardeners, builders, cleaners and a solicitor. Maria Carey has been our agent & moving into our rental there were a few things to sort out & Maria has been on the ball following things up for us with great communication.  We've had to break lease due to unexpected circumstances but Maria has been super helpful, very professional and especially kind & understanding. My property didn't reach the expected price during an online auction via the first agent in Brisbane. The communication and strategy were way below par. I'm a real estate agent in Melbourne. I only knew about a campaign was running for last two weeks and agent contacted me during auction day when someone low-balled an offer. Then I saw Jojo's profile online and called her. She exuberates confidence, sincerity and excitement. She told me my property can sell way above the auction price even without marketing. Her communication was clear and precise as well her strategy was sharp and concise. Before the first inspection, she actually received an offer as she had communicated well with the buyer who offered. During the first opening, she already obtained 3 offers that surprised our expectation. The figure we sold was $75K above the original auction without staging and marketing. I seldom write good reviews. Most of my reviews are negative. My reviews through the years have attracted close to 45K views. For Jojo, I decided to take time to write her one good review for her as I've no hesitation recommending this wonderful, hardworking, streetwise and sincere agent.
