Lauren Smith joined Brisbane Real Estate in 2008 and is the Managing Director of the Residential Property Management department, overseeing the strategic and operational direction of the division.
A lifelong resident of Brisbane’s western suburbs, Lauren brings deep local market knowledge and extensive experience across all areas of asset management. With more than eight years in senior leadership roles, she leads the Asset Management team with a strong focus on performance, risk management, and long term portfolio growth, ensuring clients receive clear guidance and consistent support.
Lauren is also highly experienced in property development and renovation, having personally completed more than 18 residential projects across Brisbane. Her hands on involvement across planning, construction, defect management, staging, marketing, and sale enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice to both clients and team members on preparing properties for market and maximising capital value.
Under Lauren’s leadership, Brisbane Real Estate delivers detailed, forward planning asset management strategies, including in depth property analysis, proactive maintenance forecasting, and longevity assessments of key building components. This approach provides landlords with clear insights into current property condition, future maintenance requirements, and realistic cost projections, allowing for informed budgeting and reduced financial risk.
